(Cover) - EN Showbiz - James Van Der Beek is going to be a father again.

The former Dawson's Creek actor announced the happy news on his Twitter account on Tuesday. James revealed he can't wait for his young daughter Olivia to have a little brother or sister.

"Just when we thought we couldn't feel any more blessed, it seems the universe has plans to give our daughter a sibling... #humbled (sic)," he wrote.

James and his wife Kimberly welcomed Olivia into the world in September last year.

The 34-year-old star was overwhelmed with happiness when he became a father. He couldn't resist taking to his Twitter account to talk about his new baby.

"Had the blessing of becoming a father over the weekend... Couldn't come close to describing this bliss even if I had 140 million characters," James wrote about his firstborn. "I apologize in advance for any obnoxiously precious new-dad tweets that may follow, I'm under her spell... (sic)."

James and Kimberly tied the knot in August 2010.

The actor can next been seen playing an exaggerated version of himself in ABC comedy Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23. The show follows a New York party girl who causes trouble for her nave roommate. (C) Cover Media
