(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jamie Bell is reportedly "seriously" shopping for an engagement ring for Evan Rachel Wood.

The pair rekindled their romance this summer after splitting in 2006 following a year-long relationship. During their time apart, Evan enjoyed a high-profile romance with gothic music star Marilyn Manson, who she became engaged to in January 2010.

They split in August of the same year.

Now, just months after reuniting, Jamie is said to be looking at engagement rings for his stunning girlfriend.

"He hasn't made a purchase yet, but he is starting to seriously look and has met with a few jewellers," a source told RadarOnline.

"Evan and Billy were really young and just getting going in their careers when they first met and they just weren't ready. Now that they are older and both excelling in their professional lives, I think they feel ready to take their relationship to the next level."

Jamie, 25, and 24-year-old Evan fell for each other after meeting in 2005 on the set of the Green Day video Wake Me Up When September Ends.

The couple got matching tattoos, with Evan getting the initial J' written on her ankle.

"We had matching tattoos because we knew our love would last forever," Evan previously said. "Trouble is, it didn't, things happened, we split. But I don't regret the tattoo. It reminds me of a great, great period in my life."

The source added that Jamie "flew to New York to try and rekindle the romance" with Evan this summer. The loved-up pair spent Thanksgiving together at his home in Venice, California, this year. (C) Cover Media
