(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jason Segel has been "working hard" to forge a relationship with Michelle Williams' daughter.

The two stars are enjoying a new romance at the moment, which seems to be going from strength to strength.

Michelle has six-year-old daughter Matilda with the late Heath Ledger and Jason is keen to get along well with her.

"Jason said it was very important for him to pass the Matilda test'. He worked hard," a source told National Enquirer.

Jason is said to be planning a future with Michelle and her daughter. However, she is worried about taking things too quickly as she wants things to be as stable as possible for Matilda.

"Michelle likes Jason a lot. But she's nervous about letting someone into her little girl's life," the source explained.
