(Cover) - EN Star Style - Jessica Biel says she couldnt style her own hair if her life depended on it.

The beautiful actress always looks elegant on the red carpet, and is regularly cited as one of Hollywoods most glamorous women.

Nevertheless, Jessica insists she isnt actually the one responsible for her preened appearance, and admits she particularly struggles to style her tresses without professional help.

The reason I dont wear so much is that I just cant do it very well, which I know is strange when Ive spent practically my whole life having make-up put on my face, laughed the star in an interview with Stylist magazine.

Im not the best at the nuances of putting on eye shadow and I cant do my hair if my life depended on it.

The 28-year-old struggles to find different ways to wear her poker-straight locks, and admits she hasnt even mastered the simple blow-dry. Jessica also tries her best to experiment with eye make-up, although she finds her attempts often end up looking strange.

I cant style [my hair] at all I really can barely even blow dry it myself... Naturally its quite straight, she explained.

Sometimes you want to try something new, something more dramatic with your eyes or your make-up. And then you look in the mirror and realise, Wow, this is not working. (C) Cover Media
