Jessica Simpson was "constantly hungry" when she was pregnant with her first child.
The star gave birth to her and fiance Eric Johnson's daughter Maxwell Drew on May 1.
Jessica, who is now a spokesperson for Weight Watcher's diet programme, admits that she wolfed down any food that delighted her when she was expectant.
Now that she is shedding her pregnancy pounds Jessica wishes she would have thought twice before eating all those meals.
"I let myself indulge in everything I wanted because it was the first time I was ever pregnant, and I wanted to enjoy it," she told USA Today.
"I wanted to be happy and eat what I wanted.
"I didn't realise [the weight] didn't all come off with the baby."
Jessica is sticking to her diet and exercise regimen.
She is committed to shedding those baby pounds in the most wholesome way possible.
"[My] boobs are way too big to run at this point," she explained.
"My body is not bouncing back like a supermodel. I'm just your everyday woman who is trying to feel good and be healthy for her daughter, her fiance and herself."
