(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jessica Simpson is expecting a baby, according to reports today.

In Touch Weekly is claiming that the 31-year-old singer is pregnant with her first child with fianc Eric Johnson.

The reality star turned fashion designer apparently refused alcohol during her Eric's 32nd birthday celebrations recently and sources have said she is already having cravings.

"She's already having kooky cravings!" a friend said about the star eating nacho chips dipped in chocolate. "They satisfy her urge for salty and sweet."

Jessica's plan to get married in November have apparently not changed but "she might have to take out her dress a bit," the source added.

The timing is apparently not ideal but the couple apparently considers the baby to be "the best wedding gift ever."

"Luckily she's not due til spring, leaving them just enough time to be newlyweds before new parents," the source said.

Jessica was seen in Mexico recently for Nicole Richie's birthday vacation. She was pictured wearing a baggy patterned top as she landed which appeared to show sign of a thickened waistline which also added to rumours that she was pregnant. (C) Cover Media
