(Cover) - EN Star Style - Jessie J says her quirky style is a result of a series of accidents.

The British songstress is famed for her eclectic fashion choices and raven-haired bob, but insists her headline grabbing style is just the result of being accident prone.

The 23-year-old star has revealed she doesn't put much thought into her wardrobe choices contrary to popular belief.

"People ask me How do you get the Jessie J look?' And I always say Ugh, if you had any idea....'" she mused.

"I was actually going to wear something else, but then I ripped my tights going to the toilet just before I left, and I went to get changed, and then my shoe didn't fit and I got a blister. "Then I had to change again and I bought a new pair of shoes, and I only had this shirt because it was clean....'"

Jessie, who has enjoyed healthy worldwide sales of her debut album Who You Are, doesn't want to be "pigeon-holed" when it comes to fashion. The sultry star doesn't conform to fashion trend and prefers to wear things she feels comfortable in.

"In everything in my life I don't ever want to be pigeon-holed or have limits or boundaries," she explained in an interview with Nylon magazine. "Fashion, for me, is definitely something that should speak from you otherwise you look uncomfortable. And if you look good, you feel good; if you feel good, you look good." (C) Cover Media
