September 10, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):Justin Bieber is exploring the world around him and trying to find out his limits and he recently found out that throwing water balloons at troopers is not a good idea after all. In some recent news it has come out that while performing at the Maryland Fair, Justin Bieber hit a Trooper with a water balloon and the shot landed below his belt. The Trooper got miffed by the incident and was ready to cuff the unruly kid, when Bieber's bodyguard intervened and calmed the cop down.

The 'baby' singer was having fun throwing water balloons at people's crotches backstage during his performance. Bieber might have liked the Trooper's gun belt so much that he decided to throw a water balloon at it. The Trooper was part of the crowd control team to keep the Bieber fans at bay. When the shot landed on his belt, the State Trooper got angry and decided to take the kid 'in'.

Thankfully, Bieber's bodyguard managed to calm down the cop and took control of the situation. The state police spokesman said that although Bieber's behavior was highly inappropriate, the incident was not reported and no action will be taken against the Canadian boy singer.

Bieber's Maryland show has 12,500 seats which were sold out in a matter of 20 minutes, so there is no love lost between Justin Bieber and the State Police Department.
