December 7, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Teen pop star Justin Bieber is not only ruling the music industry but also the retail sector! The 16-year-old has already several merchandises by his name and now the latest addition to this long list is his own set of trading cards and stickers.
Earlier, we have seen nail polish, singing dolls and a best-selling memoir by his name. These items sold like hot cakes thus encouraging the entry of these latest trading cards, which has been launched by an Entertainment collectible company called Panini America.
Bieber fans can soon avail these trading cards from the retail stores like Target, Walmart, Toys "R" Us etc.
Speaking about the latest venture, Justin said that he always dreamt of being famous as a hockey player and thus have his own trading card. So, as a kid, Bieber used to collect those hockey cards and hopes that the kids of today enjoy his cards.
As per the sources, there will be 150 cards and 30 stickers and 4 nine-card puzzles. The fans can buy the packs containing trading cards and one sticker, at $1.99.
These trading cards will act as a temporary stop gap between his last months release My Worlds Acoustic album and his next 3D concert movie titled Never Say Never, which will release on February 11, 2011.
We wish the young fans of the pop star really enjoy his trading cards!
