(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Justin Timberlake decided Wyoming was the "perfect place" to propose to Jessica Biel, it has been reported.

The star is believed to have asked the actress to marry him in the mountains of Jackson as they enjoyed a romantic pre-Christmas holiday. The couple have been dating on and off for four-and-a-half years and Justin put a lot of effort into popping the question.

"Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place," a source told Us Weekly.

Those close to the pair say Jessica is thrilled to be engaged and is looking forward to settling down with Justin.

After their brief split in 2011, the 29-year-old beauty reportedly made it clear that she would only give their relationship another shot if Justin was serious about her.

"When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step," the source explained.

Now Justin, 30, has showed his commitment to Jessica by proposing during their stay at a five star skiing resort called The Amangani.

"[He's] never been happier with Jessica. He knew it was the right time to propose," the insider added.

Late last month it was rumoured the pair had got engaged in Wyoming.

A local gallery appeared to break the news on its Twitter and Facebook pages a few days before Christmas.

"Word on the street is that Justin Timberlake proposed to Jessica Biel at the Amangani last night...we're picking out post-engagement presents for them just in case they come in! Trying to play it cool...(sic)," Tayloe Piggott jewellery and art gallery wrote. (C) Cover Media
