The big day has finally arrived. The news which was awaited by the Kapoors as well as the Khans has knocked the door. The new mommy in tinsel town Kareena Kapoor Khan is blessed with a baby boy. She tied the knot with Saif Ali Khan on October 16, 2012 and this is their first child together.

Baby was born at 7:30 am in Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai. This news was shared on the twitter handle of her fanclub. 

Kareena was making news since the time she announced her pregnancy. Right from the initial months of her pregnancy till the last few days, this yummy mommy enjoyed every bit of it. Right from craving for her favourite biryani to walking the ramp confidently with her baby bump, she has done it all.

She was even spotted partying with her girl gang and some friends. She also featured on the cover page of Grazia magazine December 2016 issue and while sharing her experience she said that she has kind of owned her pregnancy.

The couple also shared his name along with the announcement, Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi. They also released an offficial statement, "We are very pleased to share with you all the wonderful news about the birth of our son : Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, on the 20th of December 2016. We would like to thank the media for the understanding and support they have given us over the last 9 months, and of course especially our fans and well wishers for their continued affection. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all…With love, Saif & Kareena"
