Kareena Kapoor is almost certain to star opposite Akshay Kumar in Ekta Kapoor's 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai' that's based on the life of underworld don, Dawood Ibrahim's life. In the film, Akshay has been signed to play Dawood's character whereas Kareena has been roped in to play Dawood's love interest and Bollywood seductress Mandakini.

A famous yesteryear actress, Mandakini, who was known for her bold acts and skin show, led a very controversial life both on-off screen. Kareena, who has apparently given the nod to portray the talked about actress' life, has declared certain terms and conditions before signing the dotted line. Kareena says she will not shed her clothes, as she doesn't wants to indulge in a lot of skin show. Kareena especially has qualms on a bathing scene that Mandakini was famous for. Kareena says that she will not shed her clothes to enact the bathing scene under a waterfall in a white saree.

Director Milan Luthria is adamant on getting Kareena on board to play Mandakini, hence is reportedly ready to abide to Kareena's condition.
