Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor's marriage woes continue to haunt her till date. The light eyed actress, who got married almost a decade back always had issues with hubby Sanjay Kapur.

The incompatibility resulted in differences and the two filed for divorce last year. However, the court gave them time to rekindle their equation, but in their final hearing, the court disagreed on some issue.

And they have been asked to work on the issues and get back with a solution by February. Hence, their divorce has now been postponed yet again.

The issue apparently is the custody of their kids.  Both failed to agree to the terms of a trust being set up for the welfare of their two minor children, a nine-year-old daughter and a much younger son.

Karisma wanted to have more say and control over the trust than she was getting and Sanjay was unwilling to let go of his control, as the argument could not be settled, the two have been refused the divorce.
