(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Katherine Jackson is now officially temporary co-guardian of her grandchildren.
The elderly matriarch lost custody of her late son Michael Jackson's three children Paris, Prince and Blanket recently after they were unable to reach her for over nine days.
Katherine and Tito Jackson's son TJ agreed to share custody of the kids.
Radar Online reports that family court Judge Mitchell Beckloff happily signed off on the arrangement during a brief hearing on Thursday.
"It's clear that the kids love Mrs. Jackson and they are very well taken care of. They also love TJ Jackson (temporary co-guardian), and Mrs. Jackson is doing a terrific job with the children," Judge Beckloff said in court.
The late King of Pop had chosen his long time friend Diana Ross to be the person to care for Paris, Prince and Blanket should his mother Katherine be unable to.
But after the family fiasco in the last few weeks which led to Tito's son TJ being brought on as a co-guardian, Diana will reportedly sign off on the new agreement too.
Michael's siblings, Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson, have been trying to overthrow the executors of the Michael Jackson Estate and claim that the deceased star's will is false.
They have reportedly now been banned from entering the Calabasas home where the kids live with Katherine. (C) Cover Media
