Kim Kardashian has reportedly been snubbed by Vogue editor Anna Wintour.

The reality star was noticeably absent from Monday night's annual gala where the who's who in showbiz and fashion were in attendance.

But RadarOnline claims that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians personality was not there because of a direct edict from Anna.

"The Met Gala is $25,000 a ticket, but Kim can't even buy her way in, Anna Wintour does not want her there," the insider claimed.

"Kim and her camp will deny that she wasn't invited by saying that she had business in LA, but that's a lie. She would have done anything to be there with all the A-listers."

The insider added that Kim will unlikely ever grace the cover of the coveted fashion bible.

"Anna Wintour would allow Kim Kardashian on the cover of Vogue over her dead body," the source exclaimed. "As long as Anna is in charge you will not see Kim on Vogue."

Kim, who is currently dating rapper Kanye West, was seen running errands with her pregnant sister Kourtney on Monday in LA while the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Beyonc Knowles and Gisele Bundchen attended one of the most prestigious events of the year.
