(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kim Kardashian gives a healthy chunk of her earnings to charity.

The socialite hails from a wealthy family - her father was attorney Robert Kardashian - but she has started a successful career in her own right.

After appearing on the reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians Kim has gone on to model and release her own perfume brand and clothing ranges.

The gorgeous star has revealed she is generous with her cash, thanks to some good lessons earlier in life.

Whatever it [my salary] is, I give 10% away to the church and thats what I was taught, she told talk show host Piers Morgan. Every year, absolutely.

The 30-year-old enjoys a share of the limelight with her sisters Kourtney, 31, and Khlo, 26.

And the elder of the three teased that she cannot compete with Kim in terms of finances.

I dont have as much money as Kim, Kourtney explained, adding that most of her own cash goes on her young son Mason. (C) Cover Media
