Kourtney Kardashian reportedly felt she'd picked the perfect name for her baby then Jessica Simpson chose it too.

The reality TV star and her partner Scott Disick have two-year-old son Mason together and Kourtney is currently expecting their second baby, a daughter who is due any day now.

Kourtney's mother Kris Jenner famously gave all her daughters names beginning with K Kourtney's sisters are Kim and Khlo Kardashain.

Kourtney reportedly decided not to carry on the trait so spent a long time coming up with the perfect moniker for her unborn child.

"[She and Scott] thought they'd finally picked a winner with Maxwell the entire Kardashian clan loved the choice, but Jessica Simpson stole' the name for her just birthed bambina and everyone went crazy!" reports National Enquirer.

Jessica's first child was born on May 1 this year and is called Maxwell Drew.

The Kardashian family have reportedly been trying to come up with an alternative for Kourtney, but so far no names have made the grade.

"Now she's warned Scott that if they don't agree on a name by the time she goes into labour, she'll pick it herself!" the publication adds.
