Kourtney Kardsahian has confirmed she is pregnant with her second child.

The reality TV star took a pregnancy test around five weeks ago, and found the results were positive. Kourtney, 32, woke up boyfriend Scott Disick to tell him the news around 7am the same morning.

"Now I'm nine weeks along," she revealed to US Weekly. "You're supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident."

Kourtney and beau of five years Scott already have son Mason together, who is almost two. Scott says the news of a second child to add to their family came as a surprise.

"It wasn't like we weren't trying," Scott, 28, revealed. "We kind of just said, 'If it's meant to be, it'll be.'"

Recent reports have suggested that a wedding is next on the cards for Kourtney and Scott, who have enjoyed a rollercoaster relationship.

Scott is said to have already bought a diamond engagement ring and is excited to propose.

"He chose a 1.5-carat princess-cut diamond ring," an insider told Life & Style magazine recently.
