(Cover) - EN Showbiz - L.A. Reid confesses that he watches The X Factor "over and over".

L.A. is a judge on Simon Cowell's latest US reality show. The Epic Records CEO began his stint this season and is addicted to watching it.

"I watch it over and over and over," L.A. told MTV News in an interview with himself and fellow judge Simon.

"Nothing else happens that day. The world stops!"

Simon has firsthand knowledge of L.A.'s X Factor infatuation. The British music mogul can simply not get in touch with him when it airs.

"If you want to get a hold of L.A., do not phone him between 8 and 10 on Wednesday and Thursday. There will be zero pickup," Simon said.

L.A.'s wife cannot get through to the star either while the show is on television. Absolutely nothing can distract him.

"My wife invited me to something for Stella McCartney on the first Thursday night of X Factor and I really looked at her like, Are you serious?'" Reid said.

Simon is equally guilty of watching himself on television. He becomes so enthralled in the show that he requires complete silence so he can focus.

"[I hate] when people talk when the episode airs," Simon explained.
