The 24-year-old has hit the headlines for her role in the hit American musical series Glee, where she plays uptight Rachel Berry.

The shows success has resulted in many A-list stars appearing in cameo roles, with Britney Spears and Gwyneth Paltrow notable examples. Lea confirms that although she wasnt overawed acting with such icons, working with Gwyneth did provide her with an important life lesson. She cited the Oscar winners bravery in all circumstances as an example that she hopes to follow in the future.

Asked if she was nervous meeting Britney Lea replied to more! magazine: It was interesting, but no. I think she was a little nervous, though, so we were trying to make her feel relaxed. Gwyneth Paltrow was amazing. Im obsessed with her. She was so inspiring and the coolest girl in the entire world. She just isnt afraid of anything and I have to remember to be more like that.
