(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan's father Michael was rushed to hospital on Tuesday after collapsing outside an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.

The 51-year-old is currently undertaking a 120-day court mandated rehab in Florida and has been suffering from various ailments.

But RadarOnline reports that Michael is suffering from a blood clot in his lung and is under serious observation.

"Michael started to feel light headed during his meeting so he walked outside, and that's when he collapsed," a sourced told the site.

"He was taken in an ambulance to Palm Beach Gardens Hospital where doctors found another blood clot in his lung."

The insider said that Michael was given medication to break down the clot and he also underwent CAT scans and an MRI to make sure the clot hadn't spread to his brain.

Michael was arrested in October after trying to flee from the police by jumping out of a third-story window after violating a restraining order his ex-girlfriend Kate Major had placed on him following her claims of domestic violence.

He also had surgery earlier this month to unclog his artery and repair a blockage in his heart. (C) Cover Media
