(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Matthew Morrison says Gwyneth Paltrow smells like sweet summer rain.

The 32-year-old American actor-and-singer stars as teacher Will Schuester in hit US musical comedy series Glee, where Gwyneth has a recurring role as substitute teacher Holly Holliday.

Matthew loves acting alongside the talented Hollywood star because she constantly pushes his acting skills, and has joked that it helps that she smells wonderful too.

Like sweet summer rain, he said, when asked what she smells like having worked so closely with her in some scenes. Holly Holliday has been a really amazing storyline. Having an Oscar-winner in the mix means that everyone brings their A-game, it raises the bar.

The actor has begged the blonde beauty to join the popular television show full-time. However, hes sceptical about that happening as Gwyneth, 38, has to split her time between filming and her family in England.

I would definitely welcome that and I think everyone on our show would, but I dont think thats possible because she has her family in London. Ive begged her, but I dont think its going to happen, he told Star magazine.

Matthew and Gwyneth performed a tango to Princes song Kiss in the show, and Matthew revealed that the scene was stressful to shoot. The routine involved a lot of kicks and Gwyneth was constantly worried about hitting him somewhere painful.

Well, neither of us had really done the tango before, and it was challenging, especially with those kicks that happen in this area. [Indicates between thighs]. She was really nervous
