December 9, 2010 (Sampurn Wire):Hollywood hotshots Matt Damon, Natalie Portman and Michael Douglas will come together for a future project. No, we are not talking about an upcoming film, but about a video feature titled Fourteen Actors Acting where these actors along with several others including James Franco, Javier Bardem and Tilda Swinton will put up a performance lasting one minute. According to reports circulating in the media, the Hollywood personalities will have to act to the accompaniment of music by Canadian musician Owen Pallett.

The video feature is a special offering by The New York Times Magazine along with its Hollywood issue this month. Reports in the media are of the opinion that Owen Pallett will make the best use of his Czech Symphony Strings, while the Hollywood stars have to render their one minute performance to a classic act of Hollywood. The video feature of The New York Times Magazine has been shot in black and white.

The music of Owen Pallet belongs to the old school and he is also joined by the Czech FILMharmonic Orchestra. If reports are anything to go by, the best performances in the 14 stars feature video are those of Michael Douglas and James Franco. While James Franco makes love to himself in the video, Michael Douglas, who has been battling cancer over the past couple of months, gives a wonderful performance.
