Miranda is super healthy and eats lots of lean protein. For breakfast, she has egg whites, cottage cheese, muesli, yoghurt and fruit. Then its salad with chicken or fish for lunch, and fish or turkey and veg for dinner, a source told British magazine Closer.
Miranda puts in a lot of hard work to stay trim and toned. The wife of actor Orlando Bloom, Australian-born Miranda follows a well thought-out fitness regime to target all areas of her body.
