Molly Sims thinks shedding pregnancy pounds rapidly is "unrealistic".
The 39-year-old model-and-television personality welcomed her first child, son Brooks Alan Stuber, with husband Scott Stuber in June.
Molly is still struggling to lose the weight she gained while carrying her tot.
"The pressure is part of the problem because we feel like we need to look like a 20-year-old or someone in a magazine who just stepped out three weeks later and it's not realistic," she revealed on American talk programme the Today show.
"I gained 50lbs, and it was hard and even harder after. I have three Spanx on right now."
Molly is working with celebrity fitness instructor Tracy Anderson and a team of experts to help her get trim.
The star appreciates the assistance that she is receiving and couldn't imagine dropping the pounds without this support.
"It's overwhelming what your body goes through," she said.
"I'm so lucky to have someone like Tracy in my life and I work with amazing people. But if you're a woman out there who is working and has two kids already, it is so hard."
