Neil Nitin Mukesh recently celebrated his 30th Birthday with close friends and family. But apart from wishing success for his films and other professional ventures, Neil had a special wish in store for him. Neil on the eve of his birthday the young actor announced that he is itching to get into a relationship and wants to get committed soon. "I have decided  that  I have enjoyed my singlehood status for quite some time now, and that I need to find a girl and settle down", says Neil.

He further expressed that he has been single for the longest time now and hence he soon wants to change the past and move on with his life. Talking about his past experience and the recent link up reports, Neil stated that he just wants to look forward. “The news of my link ups are rubbish, I am absolutely single. There was a phase when someone pretended to be dating me but I don’t need that anymore,” said Neil.

When quizzed over the preference of having a life partner from any particular background and here’s what the star had to say, “As long as we are committed to each other it doesn’t matter if she is from the industry or not!!” quipped Neil.
