According to reports in the media, this song will be featured in her album Teenage Dream which will be re-released in the near future. The Teenage Dream music album was originally released as Katy Perrys summer album but there have been talks about releasing the album again next year and it is then that Katy Perrys fans and music lovers in general will get to hear the earlier unheard track Part Of Me.

The Part Of Me song is the creation of music composers Dr. Luke and Max Martin. In the song, Katy Perry speaks about her past affair and how that affair did not work out. Through the Part Of Me song, Katy Perry says that she does not regret her boyfriend ditching her because he will always miss what she is at the present moment. The lyrics of the song condemn the unnamed man for treating her thus, at the same time rejoicing that she has got her true identity after he left her.

Well, the Teenage Dream album had come and conquered the hearts of many. It is to be seen whether Katy Perry creates the same magic with her latest pop/rock track Part Of Me.
