With almost all the songs of Aamir Khan-Kareena Kapoor starrer '3 Idiots' turning to be chartbusters, it was heard from the closer sources that Harris Jayaraj and director Shankar are planning to sustain some of the original songs for this remake version as well. But now we hear it straight from the shoulders of Harris Jayaraj that they are trying out new tunes and no old tracks will be reused for this movie. Having completed the first schedule in Ooty, both Shankar and Harris Jayaraj had flown down to London for the composing of songs. Now that they have completed working on 7 tracks, Shankar has resumed the shooting in Dehradun that involves the sequences of Vijay, Jeeva and Srikanth along with other actors Sathyaraj, Ileana and SJ Suryah.
