Nick Cannon has launched a weekly web series which chronicles his health "setbacks and triumphs."
The 31-year-old television host, who is married to Mariah Carey, recently was in and out of hospital suffering from kidney failure and two blood clots on his lungs.
Although he is now on the mend, Nick has launched N'Credible Health Hustle on his website so his fans can share his experience and be encouraged by what he has overcome.
"Words can't express how grateful and humbled I was by the outpouring of support when I fell ill a few months ago," he said in a statement.
"I realised there was no way I could fully return all the love that was and is still shown, but it doesn't mean I can't give it a try."
"[I'm] hoping this series serves as inspiration for anyone dealing with kidney disease, lupus or any illness to keep pushing as well."
Nick has had to reduce his work load and also drastically change his diet which includes cutting out fast food.
The America's Got Talent personality will celebrate the first birthday of his twins Moroccan and Monroe and his four-year wedding anniversary all on April 30.
