(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Nick Cannon insists the upcoming holidays will definitely be "festive" because his wife Mariah Carey is "Miss Christmas".

The American rapper and Mariah welcomed twins Monroe and Moroccan in April this year.

Nick discussed his upcoming first Christmas holiday being a new family of four, and says Mariah is sure to bring the festive spirit.

"We'll celebrate it the same way we always do, but it will probably be a little bigger this year because our family is bigger," he explained in an interview with Parade magazine.

"We'll just go somewhere and chill out and just enjoy each other. I mean, my wife is Miss Christmas, so it's definitely going to be festive!"

Mariah and Nick are a high-profile couple, but have managed to keep their new arrivals out of the spotlight.

They recently introduced the twins to the public for the first time in a US TV interview on 20/20, with Barbara Walters.

Nick insists it will be easy for them to raise their babies in the glare of the media.

"We don't really think about that. Family always comes first. It's not really about a balance act," he explained. "Everything I do is for my family."

Nick is proud of Mariah's maternal skills.

The 31-year-old star says his wife is an excellent mother.

"She's phenomenal. Amazing," he gushed. (C) Cover Media
