(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Nicolas Cage always likes to carry a phone so he can speak to the people he loves.

The American actor stars in new film Season of the Witch, where he takes a long journey to a remote monastery.

Nicolas revealed if he ever had to undertake such an isolated trip in real life, carrying a cell phone would be top on his priority list so he could speak to his wife, Alice Kim, and his children.

Well, I dont think theres anything I have to have with me except for some clothes, and I do like to have a phone with me. I like to stay in touch with the people I love, Nicolas told the American edition of OK! magazine.

The actor experienced some hair-raising moment while shooting his latest movie.

At one point while riding on horseback, the actor feared he was heading for an injury.

The wildest moment of filming is when all of us were on horseback riding to a gallop in the mud, in the rain, going around a corner, a curve. I thought for sure we were going to wipe out, but we didnt! He said. (C) Cover Media
