(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Nicole Kidman's older children don't speak with their mother "as much as they used to when they were younger."

It had been widely reported that 19-year-old Isabella Cruise and her 16-year-old brother Connor were in sporadic contact with Nicole following her split from Tom Cruise in 2001 and his subsequent marriage to Katie Holmes five years later.

Nicole is now married to country rocker Keith Urban and has two daughters with the musician.

Despite the shift in family dynamics, Nicole is reportedly able to maintain a relationship with Isabella and Connor.

"Isabella does still speak to Nicole, as does Connor, just not as much as they used to when they were younger and Tom and Nicole were together," a source told Us Weekly. "They stay in contact. Nicole is far away and doesn't visit LA often so there's naturally going to be that distance."

Isabella and Connor are rumoured to have developed a strong relationship with their stepmother Katie.

"Both Isabella and Connor are really close with Kate, much more so than Nicole," the insider explained. "They do see Tom often, whenever he is in town." (C) Cover Media
