The District court has issued notices to Aamir Khan and the makers of the blockbuster 'PK' including Rajkumar Hirani, Abhijat Joshi, Madhya Pradesh Government and former chairman of CBFC Leela Samson on a review petition alleging that the film has hurt religious sentiments.

The notices have been issued on 9th October 2015 and the next hearing is slated for 16th November. 

Reportedly, criminal action against Aamir Khan and others had been dismissed by the judicial magistrate on 23rd September which is now being challenged.
