The 41-year-old rap mogul has enjoyed vast success with his hip-hop collective, comprising of himself and singers Dawn Richard and Kalenna Harper.
As the groups founder the rapper tries his best to take charge of his female bandmates, but he knows equality is fundamental to triumph.
Any true leader listens, we follow each other, he told BBC Radio 1 when asked who takes charge in the group.
The star praised his beautiful colleagues Dawn and Kalenna for being so talented and laughed that he never wins if disputes occur.
Diddy also clowned around in reference to suggestions he will be pursuing a comedy career. Just last week the star made a surprise guest spot during Chris Gethard's sketch show at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York. Apparently the comedian had been begging P. Diddy to appear on stage with him, so the rapper eventually obliged and took part in a string of skits mocking his party lifestyle.

The joker who is currently in the UK promoting the album Last Train to Paris - also revealed he plans to send some limousines to Buckingham Palace in the hope of meeting Britains Queen Elizabeth II. The star has been vocal in his admiration for the British royal family in the past, and is eager to spend time dining with the blue-blooded Brits.
