Paris Hilton has treated herself to a new Ferrari.

The reality TV star bought herself the luxury vehicle on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving that is known in America for being the official start of the holiday shopping season.

Ambassadors of the Ferrari brand are elated to be seeing Paris driving one of their 2012 California Spyder models.

"When Paris walked in the dealership all of our eyes were on her," an eyewitness told X17 Online.

"Ferrari is excited that she has purchased one of our cars. We know it's going to bring worldwide exposure, and Paris is the perfect fit for our brand."

The 2012 California Spyder's starting price is $277,500.

Battling the throngs of bargain-hunting consumers out shopping for discounts on Black Friday did not appeal to Paris.

The star had the vehicle delivered directly to her Los Angeles home Friday morning.

Paris has a fleet of lavish cars, including a Range Rover, two Bentleys, a Lexus and a hybrid Ford Escalade SUV.
