(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Paris Hilton and her new beau Todd Phillips enjoyed a romantic dinner last night and were "kissing and cuddling nonstop", according to onlookers.

The heiress, 30, and The Hangover Part II director, 40, went to Hollywood eatery Madeo where they were very affection towards one another.

An onlooker told E! Online that they made no attempts to hide their feelings and did not care who saw them.

"Paris and Todd were kissing and cuddling nonstop throughout dinner," an eyewitness said. "They're crazy about each other!"

Contrary to rumours that Hollywood starlets do not indulge in carbohydrate meals, Paris ordered the lasagne, while Todd had the ravioli.

Todd picked up the bill and did not mind letting Paris having the limelight when other diners and fans asked for photos with her.

"She thinks he's so sweet and funny," a source close to the socialite said.

Todd is currently working on The Hangover Part III, while Paris is set to open a hotel chain following in the Hilton family tradition. (C) Cover Media
