The hotel heiress has been dating nightclub manager Cy since the summer. The star, who yesterday turned 30, spoke of her admiration for Cy, who surprised Paris with a $375,000 Lexus LFA sports car for her landmark birthday. She spoke lovingly of a man who has made her the happiest girl in the world.

"It's really serious and I'm so happy. He is an incredible person and I'm so lucky. Things have never been better in my life. I'm in a great place," she told Ryan Seacrest on Kiss FM.

Paris went on to reveal the pair have talked about their long term prospects, and the possibility of getting married in the future. The reality star verified that they were so in love that anything could happen, including walking down the aisle.
