The hotel heiress is renowned for her polished appearance and love of fashionable clothes. The 29-year-old has previously admitted she never wears the same outfit twice as she is photographed so much, meaning her closet is overrun with barely-worn clothing.

Paris mother Kathy Hilton has started selling designer items to raise money for good causes, with her daughter being one of the first to hand over some pieces.

I have a lot of clothes, and shoes and jewellery and purses and everything that I just wanted to donate, Paris told RadarOnline. It's for a great cause and I think that people will really enjoy it.

The venture is expected to raise thousands of dollars for different charities. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, which is why the family have decided to donate some of the cash to relevant organisations.
