(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Peter Facinelli says the Twilight cast are so frenetic they have no time to eat.
The actor plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the vampire franchise, which has boosted the careers of stars such as Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner.
The cast are currently shooting the final two films in the series, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 and Part 2, the first of which will be released later this year. Although they are having great fun on set, the fast pace means they are extremely busy.
We're so busy, we don't even eat anymore. We just stopped eating, he laughed.
It's a little bit more difficult [making two films at the same time]. It's a little more intimidating because there's so much work to be done, and you're jumping from one movie to another. It's not in any kind of order so it does get daunting as you figure out which movie you're in and what sequences you're in... It's long hours, but we're putting in the work and hopefully it will come together as it always does.
Despite the work being arduous, Peter is having fun. He has praised director Bill Condons dedication to filmmaking, admitting he has a hard task. Peter wouldnt like to be in the driving seat for the final two movies as he knows fans are expecting them to be something special, but Bill has relished the task.
He never lets you see him sweat. He's always relaxed and he always takes the time to work with actors and he's always open to ideas, he told E! Online.
Bill has also spoken about his experiences on set, saying being involved with Twilight is something he will never forget. Some of the scenes for the final movies were shot in Brazil, and while the cast were there a storm broke out.
It was incredible. We got caught in the middle of this huge rainstorm - Ill remember it forever. Eighty people sleeping on the floor of the set. We couldnt leave, he explained to the Los Angeles Times.
[The films are] about the passage from adolescence to adulthood, and they all seem energised by that. Its the stuff they are all connecting to in their lives. (C) Cover Media
