(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Phillip Bloch has revealed that he is getting Beyonc Knowles' baby a star when he or she is born.

The celebrity stylist has worked with the mother-to-be for years and says he is excited to gift the newborn a celestial present when the tot enters the world early next year.

Beyonc announced last month that she is expecting her first child with rapper husband Jay-Z and is thrilled at becoming a mother. Phillip says his gift will be perfect for the celebrity baby.

"I'm going to give her baby a star," he old OK! Magazine. "My father gave it to me as a present for my birthday and I give it to people as a baby present."

"I think it's an extraordinary gift because it's something you give to someone who has everything. A star!

"I usually wait until the baby's born. I usually try and do it within a day of the baby being born so it's astrologically right, but you've gotta wait until you know the name."

Phillip has worked with the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, Salma Hayek and Nicole Kidman but says that Beyonc is a special client of his and will be an amazing mother.

"She'll be an extraordinary mom," he gushed. "She's one of my favourite celebrites I've ever worked with."

"She's got a great sense of humour, she's incredibly sweet, she's incredibly caring, and those are the factors you need to be a mom.

"She's a natural. I want to know when the next one is, because I can't see her just having one. I think she'll have a couple.

"Jay won the prize. You don't mess that up. That's the prize. You got the keeper."

He added that working with high maintenance celebrities has given him an insight into how becoming a mother changes them overnight.

"One of the things I've seen as a stylist is b******get put in their place when they're a mom," he laughed.

"It's not about them anymore it's not about my dress, it's not about my hair, it's not about me-me-me-me-me. You suddenly realise there's a bigger picture, and it's about the baby." (C) Cover Media
