Prosecutor, Pradeep Gharat asserted in the written submission of the ongoing final arguments, that it was Salman Khan driving his Toyota Land Cruiser and not his driver, Ashok Singh. Pradeep also termed Singh as a liar on the written argument.
"Ashok Singh is a liar. I pray that action may be taken against him for perjury. He is a stooge and dummy witness," Gharat said in the 30-page written argument submitted to the court.
Gharat earlier said that witness had testified before the court about seeing Salman getting off from the driver's seat and not his driver, Singh.
As per accusation, Salman crashed his SUV early hours of September 28, 2002, into the American Express Bakery in Bandra west, killing one pavement dweller and injuring four others.
