(Cover) - EN Star Style - Rachel Bilson is "grateful" for her relationship with Karl Lagerfeld.

The brunette beauty worked alongside Chanel's head designer earlier this year to shoot an artistic commercial for ice cream brand Magnum.

Rachel, who shot the short film in Paris, says she is still in shock that she was asked to work with such an iconic designer.

"I think when Karl asks anyone to do anything, you say yes and you're very excited!" she told Style List. "He's so amazing, and he's so nice. I'm just grateful he even knows who I am!"

The stunning actress, who is famed for her fashion forward style and gorgeous natural look, says she doesn't have a specific fashion icon. Instead, Rachel is constantly updating her look to suit her mood.

"It definitely changes. I get inspired by different things," she explained.

The American star is also a fan of designer Derek Lam. Rachel prefers designs that are very wearable and "real".

"I think Derek's clothes are so beautiful and you feel great in them. The dresses are so feminine and you just feel real," she said. (C) Cover Media
