Radcliffe: Good relationships are paramount

17th September 2012

Daniel Radcliffe believes that being surrounded by quality people enhances life.

The actor participated in a live discussion on Sunday as part of The Trevor Project's Talk to Me Campaign for National Suicide Prevention Month.

The Trevor Project is a charity that focuses on supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youths who are considering taking their own lives.

When struggling with his own personal issues, Daniel looks to support from his milieu to work through his troubles.

"The quality of the relationships around you are really what is most important in anyone's life," he revealed during the chat.

The Trevor Project also aims to help teens with transgender issues and those struggling to come to terms with their sexuality.

The Harry Potter star has been involved with the organisation since 2009 and was awarded the project's Hero Award for his efforts.

He previously called his work for The Trevor Project as "one of the most important, if not the most important, thing that I'm associated with".
