Ranbir to star in KJo's next

Karan Johar is busy raking in big bucks at the box office with the success of his recent flick 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani', courtesy director Ayan Mukerji, the gorgeous Deepika Padukone, the witty duo Kalki Koechlin and Aditya Roy Kapur, and of course the lead star Ranbir Kapoor.
 
While Karan has been dropping hints on his next directorial project, the high-profile filmmaker has never discussed on the lead stars for his next. But now, looks like Karan has narrowed down on Ranbir Kapoor for his next big directorial project.
 
Ranbir is busy with Abhinav Kashyap's 'Besharam', and is expected to commence shooting for Anurag Kashyap's 'Bombay Velvet' in July. So the shoot for Karan's next will commence only in the early part of 2014.
The timing would in fact work well for Karan as well, as this would give the filmmaker enough time to work with the writers to complete and refine the movie script.
 
Ranbir in Karan's directorial next, well this would certainly be one project to look out for.
