The Hollywood star has 11-year-old Ava and Deacon, seven, with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe. She recently completed a mini-triathlon with Ava, but her daughter was dismayed by how unfit she was. Ava was quick to tell Reese about all the people who did better than her in the race, causing the actress to giggle at how bad she was.

We did a mini triathlon, how do people know that? Im blissfully ignorant, I read nothing and shut down the computer, she laughed. It was hard. No, I didnt train. I think my results showed my lack of training. Ava pointed out that a fifth-grader passed me.

Reeses new movie How Do You Know is out in December, and also stars Paul Rudd, Owen Wilson and Jack Nicholson. Reese plays former athlete Lisa Jorgenson who is in the middle of a love triangle, and enjoyed every minute of shooting. She said working with Jack was particularly fun as he is one of her idols.
