The pop stars are having a hectic 2011 so far, with their music careers soaring. As much as they are enjoying their success, it is thought that 26-year-old Katy and Rihanna, 23, want to escape their showbiz lives and enjoy a bonding session in the party destination of Las Vegas.

Although Katy only married British funnyman Russell Brand last year, and Rihanna is rumoured to be dating Irish actor Colin Farrell, it is thought the pals want their vacation to be a man-free zone.

As soon as they both have a break in their schedules, theyre off, and they cant wait! Theyve told the men in their life its strictly girls only.

It is not known exactly when the pair will take their break although it is expected to be at the end of the summer. However, plans have already been put in place for the twosome to enjoy some pampering as well as partying.
