(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Rupert Grint has admitted he found action scenes in Harry Potter difficult as he rarely exercises.
The 22-year-old British actor plays the role of Ron Weasley in the successful film adaption of the bestselling novels by J.K. Rowling.
With part one of the final instalment scheduled to be released next month, Rupert has made the admission that he sometimes struggles in the movies more intense scenes.
There are loads of chase sequences, so weve been doing a lot of running. Its been fun, but I dont really do any exercise at all so it hit me quite hard, he revealed to Total Film.
It wasnt only Rupert who felt out of his depth. Colleague and love interest in the franchise Emma Watson, who plays Hermione Granger, also struggled to keep up during the action scenes.
I complained about how many muscles I pulled but actually it was so nice to be out in the forest and running around, she revealed.
Rupert has grown up on screen whilst filming the Harry Potter series and as a result faces the daunting proposition of attempting a career away from the trademark role, a scenario hes not yet ready to contemplate.
Im not thinking too much about it Im just enjoying a bit of freedom at the moment! Rupert added. But yeah, there is a plan to move away from this and establish a career. (C) Cover Media
