In a path-breaking move, the cast and crew of Telugu film "Rushi" will be donating their organs, as the story is set in the backdrop of a medical college and the students studying medicine.
Actors Arvind Krishna and Supriya, and director Rajsekar, along with others, will sign the papers for the noble cause. “The movie revolves around the lives of young medicos and captures their dreams and aspirations realistically, and the socially relevant theme nicely blends with the love story,” says a crew member.
In fact, producer Ramesh Prasad, son of legendary filmmaker L.V. Prasad, has revived his production house after 30 years to make a thought-provoking film. Star couple Nagarjuna and Amala will inaugurate the donor camp. The film is scheduled for release in the second week of February.
