The most awaited film 'Dabangg 2' is finally set to release on December 21. Actors Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, the main leads of the film have been on a promotional spree talking about their upcoming flick on different platforms.

Now it is heard that the team will be coming up with the third part of the film which is a prequel to 'Dabangg'. "We have our third film ready and it will go back and show how Chulbul Pandey becomes Chulbul Pandey. If the second one becomes a hit, we can go to the third one, which is actually the first one. So 'Dabangg 3' will be a prequel," said Salman.

Asked if Sonakshi will be a part of 'Dabangg 3' as well, he adds, "There is a place for Sonakshi in 'Dabangg 3' as well. She is there, her father is there, but we don't meet."

'Dabangg' was directed by Abhinav Kashyap and 'Dabangg 2' is directed by Salman's elder brother Arbaaz Khan. This time, the latter features Prakash Raj as the antagonist.
