According to the latest cross examination session, it is reported that Salman Khan did not have a license when the mishap took place in 2002, stated the RTO officer.

It is still unsure if Khan did not have license or his license was renewed in 2004 as per rules and regulations.

Till date 21 witnesses are examined in the actor's hit-and-run case and few more are yet to be examined in the upcoming trial sessions.

Prior to this, it was confirmed that the actor was not under the influence of alcohol while he was driving. With innumerable twists and turns in the case, the further cross-examination sessions will continue from Wednesday onwards.
